1) If you have ordered the wrong item(s), we can replace it (in most cases) by customers expenses - as soon as the item(s) is returned.
If it is our fault, we will replace it and also pay for the extra shipping costs - as soon as the item(s) is returned.
2) If the item is broken or anything missing - please contact us within 24 hours!
3) Are you not satisfied with the item(s), please write a note about the reason and return the item(s) to us in the original package. We will return your payment including the first shipping cost. The return costs are by costumers expenses.
